Delivery
Artificial trees and plants require particular care in packaging to arrive in pristine condition. All Botanica items are professionally packed with branch-protection padding and structured outer packaging.
UK delivery options
- Free standard delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
In-stock orders are dispatched the same or next business day. Larger trees (over 150cm) are shipped via specialist courier and may require a signature on delivery. You'll receive a tracking link with your dispatch confirmation.
A note on branch reshaping
Artificial trees — like their real counterparts — benefit from a little styling on arrival. Branches are compacted for shipping and may need gentle reshaping to achieve their intended form. Our product pages include brief guidance on arrival preparation, and it takes only a few minutes to have your tree looking its best.
Returns
We want every Botanica plant to look perfect in your home. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Plants that have been potted, styled, or placed in a display cannot be returned unless faulty
- All components and accessories must be included
How to return
Email hello@botanica.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours. Faulty or incorrectly described items are collected at no charge. Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return postage.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
